Cirta Engineering Club (CIRTEC), is a scientific, cultural and sports club ofthe Ecole Nationale Polytechnique de Constantine (ENPC), born from a common desire to share knowledge and skills animated by a community of young, dynamic and passionate students for whom curiosity and desire never cease to expand their field of knowledge and push them to contribute to the development of their country.
Creation of the club
The club was created in 2014 within the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique de Constantine Its goal is to embody the creative and innovative spirit of a great engineering school; mutual help and group work are our motto; meeting challenges by overcoming obstacles is our strength. Our slogan is:

Our objectives
Develop within students a scientific, cultural and sporting spirit;- Represent the school in different scientific events;
- Organize conferences and scientific outings;
- Support, encourage and give advice to students;
- Radiate a positive image of youth and their achievements;
- Live a human adventure based on sharing and developing new skills;
Encourage creativity and innovation in research on practical problems
