It is a university library belonging to the National Polytechnic School of Constantine Malek Bennabi, it opened its doors for the first academic year in September 2014.

It is divided into two floors with an area of over 600m ².

– On the second floor, it offers 200 seats, its spaces are made up of a room for group work and another room for individual work. It also offers a small hall for bibliographic research and a loan bank.

– In the second floor it offers a very large reading room of 400 seats that will open soon.

The library is organized to assist its users in their documentary research, by providing them with a documentary fund focused on engineering accessible from the computerized catalog (the library documents are equipped with RFID tags: radio frequency identification system).
