Openned in September 2014, it is a university library belonging to the National Polytechnic School of Constantine Malek Bennabi.

It is located on two floors with an area of over 600m ².

– On the first floor, it offers 200 seats, its spaces are made up of a room for group work and another room for individual work. It also offers a small hall for bibliographic research and a loan desk.

– On the second floor there is a very large reading room of 400 seats that will open soon.

The library is organized to assist its users in their bibliographic research, by providing them with a collection of books focused on engineering accessible from the computerized catalog (the library documents are equipped with RFID tags: radio frequency identification system).
